1. We should take a break of 3 minutes every 45 minutes we spent in front of the computer. We can breathe in deeply and stretch our arms and neck during the break.
2. Try to alternate the hands when using the computer. For example, we could alternate our left and right hands to control the mouse. This prevents shoulder strain on one side of the body.
3. When using a laptop, be sure to raise the laptop so that the top of the screen is at eye level and ensure that the laptop are not placed too high or low on the table.
