1. Stretch the fingers for around 10 seconds and feel the strain in the knuckles.
2. After that, clench your fist and relax your fingers.


Stretch forward with your hands together and feel the strain on your shoulders. This can help to relieve neck strain after working long hours


1. Put your palms together and straighten your arms above your heads. You should be able to feel the strain on your neck.
